
Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Imperial Notary Services, we strive to provide clarity regarding our refund and cancellation policies for mobile notary and wedding officiant services:
Mobile Notary Services:
- Deposits for cancelled appointments are refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made on the same day as the appointment.
Wedding Officiant Services:
- Deposits for wedding officiant services are refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to appointments booked within three months.
- For appointments scheduled more than three months in advance, a full refund is available if the cancellation occurs at least 60 days prior to the appointment date.
- Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations made on the day of the appointment or the day before.
Booking Confirmation:
- Please ensure that your appointment is officially confirmed. You will receive a confirmation via email or text before your appointment is finalized.
